Once a month we hold a games night in the basement of a local tea shop. In August in turned 2. So lots of cakes were made in celebration.
My contributions were the cakepops at the front and the Mario Star biscuits on the left.
These were my first attempt at making cakepops. I think they turned out okay. They're in the shape of katamari balls from Katamari Damacy. The Mario Star biscuits are a simple sugar cookie recipe. I make them every year that they've become a bit of a tradition.
